Zenor & Aden Succeed in a State White Collar Case

DES MOINES, Iowa (March 17, 2021) –Adam Zenor and Allyson Aden secured dismissal for a client facing a white collar criminal charge in state court. On March 31, 2020, the Firm’s client was charged with one count of theft, following a lessor’s claim of selling away or otherwise wasting of collateral. Mr. Zenor and Ms. Aden took depositions of key State witnesses.

In light of the testimony harvested at the depositions, the State dismissed the charge the next business day.
