Zenor & Aden Succeed in State Criminal Case

DES MOINES, Iowa (October 11, 2022) – Adam Zenor and Allyson Aden secured a dismissal for a client facing a criminal charge in state court. The Firm’s client had been charged over a year earlier with Sexual Abuse in the Third Degree (a Felony C) under various alternatives. The client pleaded not guilty and the Firm vigorously defended the charges. The Firm carefully and thoroughly investigated the case, evaluated the evidence, conducted depositions, engaged a defense expert, and engaged in motion practice. The Firm filed its pretrial paperwork and prepared the case for trial.

On the eve of trial, the criminal charge was dismissed.
